Bernard Butcher, Chairman of the Dover District Council, Mr. Peter Virral, the Chairman of the Walmer and Deal Chamber of Commerce, Cllr. Ben Bano, Leader of the Opposition at the Dover District Council and Cllr. Tracey Walton, the Deputy Mayoress of Deal. The Queen of the Deal Regetta and her two Princeses were also present at the award ceremony.
